ISHA SLAVIN
Ms. Slavin will be a research assistant for the National Organization of Rare Diseases grant to study Post Orgasmic Illness Syndrome with Dr. Lorenz and Dr. Prause. Isha is currently an undergraduate student at the University of California – Los Angeles, studying Psychology. She has worked on psychophysiological research since 2018 and is eager to gain more research experience working with Dr. Prause. Isha is also passionate about mathematics and music as well, and is a certified Audio Engineer at the recording studios of UCLA.
Activities at Liberos LLC are heavily regulated and in full compliance with every regulatory body.
Dr. Prause’s research is overseen by Institutional Review Boards (IRB) led by the federal Office for Human Research Protections in the Department of Health and Human Services of the USA federal government. These boards include IRBs at the University of Pittsburgh and University of Nebraska-Lincoln. These IRBs review conflicts of interest for every single project, including annual updates, ensuring the highest ethical standards. In over 10 years of independent research, Dr. Prause has had no violations of these regulations.
After ten years of research at universities, I found myself caught between the prohibitions of my institutions on crucial research and the free-for-all poor science behind products in the marketplace. There must be a compromise that uses strong science to inform sexual health for the public. Liberos is my answer.
